About Avenue5's Recruiting Partnership with the United States Army

Avenue5 is an active partner with the United States Army’s Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program. Under this partnership, Avenue5 collaborates with PaYS to recruit ROTC cadets, Army soldiers, Army Reserve soldiers, and Army National Guard soldiers for positions offering growth and advancement at Avenue5, leveraging the professional and technical skills, work ethic, discipline, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills attained during the course of the soldiers’ military service.
