COVID-19 Precautions
COVID 19 Precautions, with Our Community in Mind
Avenue5 is committed to protecting the health of our current
and prospective residents, clients, associates, suppliers, and guests during
the COVID-19 pandemic, in line with CDC and local health department
recommendations. All properties are monitoring local ordinances and, in accordance with those ordinances:
- Are engaging in CDC-approved
cleaning protocols several times per day, and observing CDC-recommended
social distancing and hygiene practices
- Are requiring associates
to stay home when they do not feel well
- Have discontinued
hospitality stations and resident events
- Have altered their
package delivery processes to allow for social distancing
- Are offering virtual
leasing and tours for prospective residents
- Have discontinued all
non-essential supplier visits
Avenue5 is implementing a comprehensive phased approach to reopening properties, which is tailored according to local conditions and government mandates. Where permitted by local ordinances, properties are reopening leasing offices to limited foot traffic, and reopening community amenities (in line with social distancing and hygiene practices). We appreciate our residents' patience and understanding during this phased reopening, as we continue to take steps for your protection.
We know this is an uncertain time for many due to health
concerns, job losses, furloughs, and reduced hours. If you are a resident and
have been directly affected by COVID-19, please contact your property manager
to determine if our flexible payment options can help. We can also offer you a
list of national and local resource options to consider.
Our executive team continues to monitor relevant national
and local developments on a daily basis, and to formulate strategies designed
to protect our customers, while maintaining a steadfast focus on service. We appreciate
our community’s understanding and support, and look forward to resuming normal
operations and connecting with current and prospective residents, clients, and
suppliers when we are cleared to do so by CDC, local health officials, and
local governments.
